It has been announced that "Kaori-san Wants to Fight Even If She Reincarnates," the latest work by Hikawa Hekiru, known for manga such as "Paniponi," will be broadcast on ABC TV and TV Asahi's late-night anime block "ANiMAZiNG!!!" starting in July.
Additional cast members have also been announced, with Hoshiki Seina as Satsuki Mako, Hitomi Ueda as Nagamori Marika, Sora Tokui as Kuraishi Mana, Nene Hieda as Takigawa Nemuto, Takahashi Rie as Takanashi Ayahime, Rie Takahashi Ayasa Ito as Asahina Eriko, Ito Ayasa as Narugami Moe, and Hikasa Yoko as Rokudo Sakura.
The first key visual, featuring Ryusei and Meteor standing back-to-back, and the first promotional video, which also features the characters surrounding Ryusei and Meteor, have been released.
The series is a manga currently serialized in "Morning Two" (Kodansha). It's a romantic comedy about Narugami Ryusei, a shut-in who spends his days playing video games but is actually the Demon King in another world, and Hanaori Meteor, the hero who once defeated Ryusei and is now a high school girl.
The anime will be directed by Hideyo Yamamoto and produced by Liden Films. Jun Fukuyama Narugami, and Akira Sekine will voice Kaori Meteor, among others.
