Advance stills have been released for the first two episodes, " Mushoku Tensei Shosetsuka ni Naro: Mushoku Tensei III: Jobless Reincarnation III," which is based on the popular light novel that originated on the novel submission site "Shosetsuka ni Narou."The episodes depict Eris Boreas Greyrat, who will be reappearing in the third season, and a new character, the "Sword God" Gal Farion.The first two episodes will be broadcast consecutively.
TOKYO MX, ABEMA, and d Anime Store will broadcast and stream the series in advance starting July 4th at 8 PM. Episodes 3 onwards will air every Sunday from July 12th.
"Mushoku Tensei" is a light novel by Rifujin na Magote, which began serialization on "Shosetsuka ni Naro" in 2012. The story follows a 34-year-old unemployed man who dies but is reborn in a fantasy world of swords and magic, where he uses his intelligence and regrets from his previous life to start a new life. It is a popular work considered a pioneer of "Narou-kei" light novels, and has been published in book form by MF Books (KADOKAWA), with a manga adaptation also being produced. The series has sold over 18 million copies in total.
The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2021 for the first cour and from October to December of the same year, and the high-quality animation produced by Studio Bind, an animation production company established specifically for the series, also became a topic of discussion. The first cour of the second season aired from July to September 2023, and the second cour aired from April to June 2024.
