The fourth episode of the drama series "Is It Wrong for a Woman Not to Give Birth? DINKs' Ten Months and Ten Days" (TV Tokyo, Mondays at 11:06 PM), starring actress Emma Miyazawa, aired on April 20th. Sayaka's "villainous" behavior, played by Manatsu Akimoto, became a hot topic on social media.

The drama is based on the manga "DINKs' Ten Months and Ten Days: Is It Wrong to Be a Woman Who Doesn't Have Children?" by Kitamitsu Atsuki. The story follows a couple who are both working and have intentionally chosen not to have children, a "DINKs" (Double Income No Kids) couple, who live a peaceful and free life until the protagonist becomes unexpectedly pregnant due to her husband's planned betrayal. The drama depicts their struggles as they search for the right form of family and continue to face choices with no easy answers.
Sayaka went out drinking with her high school senior, Tetsuya (played by Koudai Asaka), and Tetsuya's colleague, Nashida (played by Mizuki Maehara). When Nashida left the table, Sayaka asked, "Shall I make you another drink?" and took Tetsuya's glass. Sayaka secretly took a liquid out of her bag and poured it into Tetsuya's glass.
As a result, Tetsuya got completely drunk. Sayaka told Nashida she would take Tetsuya home and got into a taxi. However, after seeing Tetsuya asleep in the car, Sayaka instructed the driver to make a U-turn.
The scene shifts to Tetsuya lying in bed shirtless. Sayaka straddles him and kisses him. Later, Tetsuya wakes up while Sayaka is out and hastily runs out of the room.
Meanwhile, upon learning that Tetsuya had left, Sayaka sent a photo of the two of them together, taken in bed, to Tetsuya's smartphone. She also added a message saying, "I'm so happy to be able to be like this with my idol, Kanazawa-senpai." After sending the message, Sayaka lay down on the bed in just a bath towel and burst into loud laughter.
On social media, comments included: "Episode 4 featured the most terrifying Manatsu," "Manatsu is perfect for the role. The contrast with the usual Manatsu is so great it gives me chills," "Manatsu is beyond cunning, she's just too evil," "This Manatsu has such a wicked look," and "Sayaka is so scary lol.
