Actor Issei Takahashi made a surprise appearance at a new employee training session held at TV Asahi's headquarters (Minato Ward, Tokyo) along with his co-stars from the TV Asahi drama "Reborn ~The Last Hero~" (Tuesdays at 9 PM). The 25 new employees who joined TV Asahi in April were surprised when Takahashi and the others appeared during their training, exclaiming "Wow!" and "Amazing!"
Takahashi began by saying, "Welcome to TV Asahi!" which drew laughter from the audience, and then offered words of encouragement, saying, "I'm sure you're all very talented. You'll be facing many challenges from now on, but I hope you'll approach your work while thinking about what entertainment truly is!"
Anne Nakamura congratulated everyone, saying, "Congratulations to everyone on joining the company! I will do my best, and I look forward to the day when we can work together."Fumiyo Kohinata also smiled and said, "I am also looking forward to the day when we can work together!"
Ouji Suzuka, who is close in age to the new employees, smiled and said, "We're almost the same generation, so let's do our best together!" Mayu Yokota, also of the same generation, put everyone at ease with a warm greeting, saying, "Let's do our best together without overdoing it!"
Afterward, the famous croquettes from "Akari Shopping Street" in the drama were brought as a treat, and Takahashi and others distributed them to each person. Tani Kurumi and Mori Taiki, who joined the company in the announcer department, were suddenly tasked with their first food review.
Tani smiled and said, "It's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and absolutely delicious!"
