The official Twitter account (@TBS_VIVANT) for the popular TBS Sunday drama "VIVANT," starring actor Masato Sakai, which will begin airing on July 26th at 9 PM, has released a character visual of Shun Kurosu, played by Tori Matsuzaka.
Kurosu worked alongside Nogi (Sakai) as a member of the "Special Unit," an elite unit of the Self-Defense Forces that conducts intelligence activities both domestically and internationally to prevent national crises.
When the visual of him wearing the jacket was released, comments such as "I wonder if he'll be with Nokoru-sama again this time," "If this is a continuation of that day, then he'll be with Nokoru, right?", "Kurosu looks cool," and "What a cool stance" were posted on social media.
This film opens immediately after the last scene of the previous film. Just as Nogi returns from a series of missions involving the international terrorist organization "Tent," he sees a red steamed bun placed in a shrine.
It was a signal announcing an emergency summons for the other unit. What exactly was happening behind the scenes on the day Yusuke fired a bullet at his father and tent leader, Nogorn Beki (Koji Yakusho), and on the day he reunited with Kaoru (Fumi Nikaido) and Jameen and embraced them tightly? The truth will be revealed in the first episode of the sequel.
