To commemorate the 40th anniversary of his solo debut and his 70th birthday, singer Masayuki Suzuki is currently on a nationwide tour, "masayuki suzuki taste of martini tour 2026 Step123 season2 “70/40th anniversary”." It has been announced that the performance at Tokyo International Forum Hall A (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) on September 22nd will be broadcast live exclusively on WOWOW.
This nationwide tour will begin on June 14th at the Ichikawa City Cultural Hall Grand Hall (Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture) and will consist of 38 performances until November at the Ishigaki City Hall (Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture). It will be a "double anniversary" tour celebrating both his 40th anniversary as a solo artist and his 70th birthday.
In March, they released a commemorative duet best album, "MARTINI DUET DELUXE," and the tour kicked off in a celebratory mood, with their signature song "5 o'clock in Shibuya" being played to announce the time in Shibuya, and Suzuki himself providing the time announcement at his local JR Omori Station.
