On July 3rd, Friday Road Show (Nippon Television Network, Fridays at 9 PM) will broadcast the fourth film in the popular animated series, "Toy Story 4" (2019, USA), with an extended 5-minute runtime and uncut, to commemorate the release of the latest installment, "Toy Story 5".
"What's important for a toy is being with a child." Woody (Toshiaki Karasawa) and Buzz (George Tokoro), who are watching over their new owner Bonnie, are confronted by Forky (Ryo Ryusei), a handmade toy. Believing himself to be trash, he runs away.
As Woody tries to rescue Forky, he encounters toys that have never been loved, a fateful reunion with his former friend Bo (voiced by Keiko Toda), and thrilling adventures. What new world awaits Woody?
Next week, on Friday, July 10th, Friday Road Show will broadcast a special edition of the first film in the popular series, "Kingdom," to commemorate the July 17th release of the latest film in the series, "Kingdom: The Soulful Battle." Furthermore, the following week, on July 17th, they will broadcast a special one-night-only edition that reconstructs the third film, "Kingdom: The Flame of Destiny," and the fourth film, "Kingdom: The Return of the Great General."
