It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime "Reincarnated as a Sword," based on a popular light novel found on the novel submission site "Shosetsuka ni Naro Narou," will begin airing in October. The second season will depict the new journey of Master and Fran as they aim for a floating island high in the sky. The first promotional video has been released, featuring action scenes against the "army of the dead" swirling with vengeful spirits that await them on the floating island.
"Reincarnated as a Sword" tells the story of a protagonist who is reincarnated in another world as an intelligent weapon called an "Intelligent Weapon," and who meets Fran, a member of the Black Cat tribe, and goes on adventures with her. The light novel is published by GC Novels (Micro Magazine). The first season of the TV anime aired from October to December 2022.
