Episode 6, "A Light on a Rainy Day," of the TV anime "Atelier of Witch Hat," based on the manga by Kamome Shirahama, will air on TOKYO MX and other channels starting May 11th. Episode 6 will feature the first appearance of Olugio, another wizard staying at the atelier. Olugio will be voiced by Yuichi Nakamura.
Thanks to Kieffrey's rescue, Coco and the others safely escaped the mysterious space. Returning to their normal lives, Coco diligently practiced magic despite her worries. Seeing this, Kieffrey shared some tips for learning magic that he had learned from his own past experiences. Coco gradually became closer to the other apprentices, but then another wizard staying at the atelier, Olugio, the "Watchful Eye," appeared before them.
"Atelier of Witch Hat" tells the story of Coco, a girl from a small village who longed to be a wizard but had given up on her dream. One day, she witnesses a wizard named Kieffrey using magic when he visits her village, and learns a big secret... The manga began serialization in "Monthly Morning Two" (Kodansha) in 2016, and the cumulative circulation of the comic books exceeds 7.5 million copies. The anime is directed by Ayumu Watanabe, known for "Children of the Sea" and "Nikuko-chan of the Fishing Port," and produced by BUG FILMS, known for "Zom 100: 100 Things I Want to Do Before I Become a Zombie" and "Summer Time Rendering."
