Bandai is releasing "Uzaphone -MEMORIAL EDITION-," an adult role-playing toy based on the tokusatsu drama "Mahou Sentai Magiranger." The price is 16,500 yen.
The Uzaphone, an item imbued with the magical power of rival warrior Ulzard, has been transformed into a "memorial edition" toy. It recognizes over 30 spells that appeared in the main story and activates corresponding sounds. System voices and lines from Tsutomu Isobe, the voice actor for Theulzard, are also included when entering spells. The design and appearance are based on the "DX version," but with some updates. It also features a three-stage transformation into mobile mode, phone mode, and wand mode.
Pre-orders are being accepted at Bandai Namco Group's shopping site, "Premium Bandai." Shipping is scheduled for September.
