Bandai Spirits' figure brand "METAL BUILD" series event, "METAL BUILD EXPO," will be held from March 27th at TAMASHII NATIONS STORE TOKYO in Akihabara, Tokyo. The "METAL BUILD" series, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2026, has expanded its lineup from robots to include characters other than robots. The event will offer an overview of the series' history and will also unveil new products. It runs until July 6th.
"METAL BUILD" is a brand that combines the "excellence of Chogokin" (die-cast metal) with "design arrangements tailored to the work," and at the event, in addition to the "Gundam" series, figures from "Evangelion," "Aura Battler Dunbine," "Code Geass," and "Mashin Hero Wataru" will be on display.
New products to be released in October include "METAL BUILD Hatsune Miku" and "METAL BUILD Nirvash type ZERO RS," which is available for pre-order on Bandai Namco Group's shopping site, "Premium Bandai."
The "METAL BUILD Hi-ν Gundam [METAL BUILD EXPO]," a commemorative item for the event, will also be on display. It was also announced that the "METAL BUILD Kämpfer," originally released in 2024, will be re-released.
