The sixth episode of Fuji TV's Monday 9pm drama "Yandoku!" starring Kanna Hashimoto was broadcast on February 16th. The exchange between Koonami (Hashimoto) and Sara (Miyase Ryuya) over tomatoes was well-received by viewers.

Takanori Kitaoka (Tetta Sugimoto), who has been transferred to Odaiba Bayside Medical Center, is suffering from progressive memory loss. Surgery will save his life, but there is a possibility that he will lose his memory. Meanwhile, Takanori mistakes a nurse, Sara, for his son, Masaya, who died 10 years ago while studying abroad in Canada. He and Masaya had promised to play catch together after returning to Japan.
Takanori's wife, Mariko (Atsuko Sakurai), learns of Takanori and Masaya's "promise" for the first time and wants to make it come true. Koonami, who also knows the situation, begs Sara to "pretend to be his son." Sara, who didn't want to lie to the patient, agreed.
On the day, Sara, Takanori, and Mariko sat down at a restaurant. When the food was brought out, Takanori said, "You liked tomatoes, didn't you? Here's some," and put the cherry tomatoes from his plate onto Sara's plate.
Sara immediately sends a desperate signal to Koonami, who is watching from a nearby seat, that she doesn't like tomatoes, but Koonami, while surprised, silently commands, "Eat it! Eat it!"
Sara was reluctant to eat the tomato, so Koonha coughed and pressed her big eyes to pressure her into eating it. Finally, Sara took a bite and could only say, "Mmm! Tomatoes are delicious!"

The drama is a medical entertainment about a young delinquent girl, Koonami Tagami, who studies hard after her best friend dies in an accident and becomes a neurosurgeon, bringing a breath of fresh air to the medical field. The script is written by Nonji Nemoto, who also wrote the NHK morning drama "Omusubi," in which Hashimoto starred.
