This scene occurred after Rin and Naomi managed to calm down the father, who was raging through the hospital searching for the prostitute Yuunagi's hospital room, after the man had died in an attempt at a double suicide.
Naomi and Rin criticize their father's attitude, saying, "I understand that you can't cope unless you blame someone, but just because she's a prostitute..." to which the nurse, Yoshi Sunaga (Mayumi Myojo), gives them some "advice."
"A prostitute who attempted suicide with a man will be beaten when she returns to the shop, and she'll also be burdened with the debts she incurred during her time off. Sometimes, helping her can be even more cruel."
Yoshi, who said this, was once a shrewd madam who "courted the prostitutes."
