It has been announced that "Yani Neko," a TV anime based on the manga by Nyannyan Factory currently serialized in "Young Magazine" (Kodansha), will begin airing on TOKYO MX and BS11 every Thursday at 12:30 AM starting July 2nd.
A key visual featuring unique characters such as Yanineko, Yakuneko, Hame Neko, Kansai Neko, Aru Neko, and Ochinpo Tatsuro has also been released. It has been announced that Misato Matsuoka will play Yakuneko, Yurie Funato will play Hame Neko, Ayaka Shimizu will play Kansai Neko, Shiori Izawa will play Aru Neko, Riko Akechi will play Tetsu Inada Inada will play the Landlord.
"Yani Neko" is a manga depicting the daily life of "the most worthless cat." It has been serialized in the magazine since April 2023. The anime is directed by Taku Kimura, with Takashi Aoshima writing the script, Riki Matsuura designing the characters, and Keiichi Suzuki composing the music. It is being produced by Bibury Animation Studios. Yuko Natsuyoshi will voice Yani Neko.
