It has been announced that episodes 1-3 of "Dorohedoro Season 2," the sequel to the anime "Dorohedoro" based on the manga by Q Hayashida, will be streamed all at once. The first episode will be streamed almost simultaneously worldwide on various streaming platforms at 11 PM on April 1st. Episodes 4 onwards will be streamed one episode at a time every Wednesday at 11 PM.
"Season 2" will be the first sequel in approximately six years since the TV anime aired in 2020. It was also announced that Ami Koshimizu will be appearing as Haru, the former magic-wielding demon who loves to sing and is the wife of Dr. Kasukabe.
"Dorohedoro" is a dark fantasy about a man with amnesia whose head has been transformed into that of a lizard by magic, and his quest to regain his true face and memories. It was serialized in manga magazines such as "IKKI," "Hibana," and "Gessan" (Shogakukan) from 2000 to 2018. An anime adaptation aired from January to March 2020.
