Daisuke Watanabe, known for his manga "Gedou no Uta," has launched a new series titled "Uchuujin wa Iranai" (We Don't Need Aliens) in the March 27th issue (No. 8) of the manga magazine "Big Comic Superior" (Shogakukan). This is Watanabe's first completely new work in approximately three years since the completion of "Gedou no Uta," and to commemorate the start of the series, a newly drawn illustration of Kamo and Tora from "Gedou no Uta" has also been released.
This is a dystopian tale of everyday life collapsing, set in a world where laws have been abolished by alien orders. The order that humanity has built crumbles, and human nature is laid bare.
The first episode has also been released on the website "Bikkomi".
