It has been revealed that the TV anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End," based on the manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan), will be collaborating with Universal Studios Japan (USJ) (Konohana-ku, Osaka). This will be the first time that the series has collaborated with USJ. An attraction called "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Story Walk ~Journey of Remembrance~," which allows visitors to experience a "world of magic," will be available for a limited time from May 30 to January 11, 2027.
This is the first in a new format of attraction called "Universal Story Walk," making its debut in the park. Visitors can fully immerse themselves in the story alongside Frieren and other characters, experiencing the world of the film.
The collaboration will include the introduction of the attraction "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End x Story Ride," as well as the opening of the restaurant "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End - Restaurant of Memories."
