The drama is based on the manga "Ryokudatsu Dakkon ~The Capable Woman Gets Chosen~" by Mei Yamada, which gained attention for its "ugly pregnancy battle between the ex-wife and the current wife." Chiharu, who married psychiatrist Tsukasa after a long relationship, is depressed because she has not been blessed with children.
