NHK's popular comedy show, "LIFE! Spring" (NHK General), will air a new episode on March 17th at 10 PM. Actress Yukino Kishii will be appearing on the show for the second time in three and a half years. She will participate in two skits, playing the unusual role of wine journalist Wada in "An Indescribable Taste."
Wada is a journalist with a unique sensibility, where the taste of wine conjures up images in her mind. When she tastes a new wine, images she has never seen before unfold in her mind. What kind of images could they be...?
Kishii commented, "Last time I appeared on the show, I was so nervous that it felt like everything was over in a flash. But this time, it was a large-scale skit that lasted over four hours, and I was able to chat with everyone in the waiting area, and for the other skit, we had a great time reading through the script together multiple times. I was able to approach it more relaxed than last time. It was a lot of fun, but I wonder how it turned out? I'm also excited and looking forward to it airing."
In addition to the lead actor Mitsuyoshi Uchimura, the cast of "LIFE! Spring" includes Nobue Iketani, Asami Usuda Usuda, Kenshiro Kawanishi, Hiyori Sakurada, Jiro, Naoki Tanaka, Takeya Tsukaji, Naomi Nishida, and Koshi Mizukami.
In the popular skit "Press Conference," Mizukami faces off against the sleazy reporter Saijo (Tanaka) for the first time.
