The fifth episode of Abema's original romance reality show "Love Power Kingdom 2" (Wednesdays at 10pm) was released on March 11th.
The show is a romance reality show where 16 handsome men and women who "self-identify" as popular with others engage in a battle of wits on the beautiful Mediterranean island nation of Malta to determine the most popular man and woman.
In the fifth episode, it was announced that four people, two men and two women, would be eliminated in the "3rd Mote VOTE," and a fierce battle for survival unfolded.
The group took a short trip to Gozo, an island near Malta. They dove into the ocean from a boat and enjoyed a carefree vacation in swimsuits. Afterwards, the mission was set: "You can only take a photo with one person. The women wait for the men at each location, and the men go to the location where the person they want to go on a date is waiting and ask them out." Actor Yuto (Oku Yuto, 28) headed to the home of former AKB48 member and model Mariya (Nagao Mariya, 32).
Mariya was surprised to see Yuto, who had been spending sweet time with show dancer Rumi (27), and the two went on a boat date to a cave. Yuto declared, "From today, I'm going to treat you as my true love and I'm going to act like I love you. I might go all out," and gave her a firm hug, asking, "Can I hug you tight?" He then kissed her, asking, "Can I show you how much I love you?"
Yuto's aggressive approach continued, with multiple "second kisses." MC Seiya, who was watching the passionate game from the studio, was thrilled, saying, "Wow, this is crazy! It won't stop." Mariya, who spent an intense time with Yuto, recalled, "He suddenly started kissing me with a quick peck... He was very skillful with everything. Not only his words, but also the way he kissed me, I felt like he was very skillful."
