It was revealed on February 26th that the latest installment in the popular Pretty Series, which includes anime and games, Onegai AiPuri, will be released in April. It will be the latest installment in the Pretty Series, following Himitsu no AiPri. The Pretty Series, which began in 2010, saw the Himitsu no AiPri amusement game, which began rolling out in April 2024, break the sales record of PriPara in 2024, and set a new record in 2025.
At the "Onegai Eye Pri" Content Presentation held in Tokyo on February 26th, Toshihisa Kondo, president and CEO of Takara Tomy Arts, which develops the series, expressed his hopes for further growth in the latest work, "Onegai Eye Pri," saying, "There will be many attractive eye Pris. I am confident that you will fall in love with the world of Eye Pris even more."
In "Onegai AiPuri," the double protagonists, Yoshimi Inori and Yumemiya Aoi, along with the mysterious stuffed animal-like beings Forchu and their unique companions, form the Onegai-Kaae Squad, granting the wishes of everyone in town through live performances by the idol princesses, AiPuri. Ogawa Hanae plays Yoshimi Inori and Kanaya Rika plays Yumemiya Aoi. The amusement game will begin operation on April 2nd, and the TV anime will begin airing on TV Tokyo every Sunday at 9:30 am from April 5th.
The Pretty Series began with the game Pretty Rhythm Miniskirt in July 2010, followed by the TV anime Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream in April 2011. TV anime such as Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future, Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, Pretty Rhythm All-Star Selection, PriPara, Idol Time PriPara, Kiratto Pri☆Chan, and Watchapuri Maji! have been broadcast.
"Himitsu no AiPri" has been running since April 2024, and the second season of the TV anime is currently airing on TV Tokyo every Sunday at 9:30 am. The animated film "Himitsu no AiPri Mankai Buzzrium Live!" will be released on March 13th.
