Takuya Kimura will be appearing on the talk variety show "Talk Queens" (Fuji TV), which will be broadcast from 11pm on February 19th. For the first time in the show's history, he will appear for three weeks.
This will be Kimura's second appearance on the show, and regular cast members Rino Sashihara and Asako Ito are excited to see the superstar back on the show, causing a stir and asking, "Why did you come again!?"
The show interviews guests in advance and then uses that information to bombard them with questions in the studio, digging deeper into their personalities. The person in charge of the advance interview this time is Anmika, who has worked with Kimura in the past and has been friends with him ever since. She delves into Kimura's "philosophy of a first-class man."
When asked, "Isn't there a philosophy of life that must exist to be called first-rate?" Kimura replied, "There is nothing that can be called 'learning.'" When asked, "What assets have you gained by getting older?" he answered, "The person I am today as a result of accumulating experience (in life) is my asset."
When asked, "How do you view mistakes you make at work?", Kimura admitted, "I make mistakes sometimes," and gave an answer that showed his professionalism. Maki Fukuda in the studio exclaimed, "Can I take notes?"
On February 26th (part 2) and March 5th (part 3), we will take a closer look at Kimura's philosophy of "overcoming yourself" and "how to hone your sense."
