A tie-up campaign between the animated film "Chiikawa: The Secret of the Mermaid Island," based on Nagano's popular manga "Chiikawa," and PARCO will be held at PARCO stores nationwide from July 17th to August 2nd. Along with the tagline "Chiikawa, PARCO, Summer," a visual depicting Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi rowing a boat has been released. The visual was created by art director Asuka Wakita.
During the campaign period, the first 70,000 customers who spend 5,500 yen or more at Parco will receive an original clear pouch featuring the visuals. Photo booths will be available at participating stores. Parco's official X account will also be running a giveaway campaign where customers can win original dessert cups designed with the characters.
A campaign offering original wallpapers will also be held. By finding six hidden keywords within the participating stores and entering the resulting password on a designated page, customers who answer correctly will receive a wallpaper image.
"The Secret of the Mermaid Island in Chiikawa " will be released on July 24th.
