It has been announced that the third season of the TV anime " Mashle ," based on the manga by Hajime Komoto serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), will air in January 2027. The third season, titled "Three Demons vs. Divine Visionary Final Exam Arc," depicts the daily lives of Mash and his friends after the attack by Innocent Zero, as well as their preparations for the Divine Visionary Final Exam. A teaser PV for the third season has been released on YouTube.
" Mashle" was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from January 2020 to July 2023. The story is set in the magical world and follows Mash Burnedead, a boy who cannot use magic, as he enrolls in a magic school and aims to reach the top using the power of his well-trained muscles. The comics have sold over 12 million copies in total.
The first season of the TV anime aired from April to June 2023, and the second season aired from January to March 2024. The opening theme for the second season, "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born," performed by the hip-hop unit Creepy Nuts, became a huge hit.
