The official Twitter account (@TBS_VIVANT) for the popular TBS Sunday drama "VIVANT," starring actor Masato Sakai, which will begin airing on July 26th at 9 PM, has released a character visual of Ali, a member of the "Tent" organization, played by Takashi Yamanaka.
In the previous season, Ari was the president of the infrastructure company GFL, but it was revealed that he was actually an executive at Tent. In the scene where he is interrogated by a separate team led by Nogi (Sakai) and Kurosu (Tori Matsuzaka), Yamanaka's passionate performance became a hot topic among viewers.
When the visual was released, many comments on social media mentioned the name of Mogi Koki, also known as "Mocchan," the character Yamanaka played in the TV drama "Tagusari Brothers" on the same network, with remarks such as, "I never thought he'd make a comeback...", "I have a strong impression of Mocchan (lol)", "Not Mocchan, but Ari", and "Mocchan is alive!"
