The seventh episode of the TBS Sunday drama "GIFT," starring actor Shinichi Tsutsumi, aired on May 24th. The "father-son conversation" between Gotetsu (Tsutsumi) and So (Yuta Tamamori) hit a turning point in the drama's progression. The acting of Sakamoto Hiroe (Tomoko Yamaguchi), Gotetsu's ex-wife and So's mother, who overheard their conversation, generated a lot of buzz on social media.

Wu Tetsu accepted Hiroe's suggestion, "If we're going to be 'parent and child' anyway, why don't we just live together!?" He ended up staying at Hiroe's house with his son, Kou (played by Yuta Tamamori).
One night, when Hao asked Wu Tie for advice on whether he should continue making music or give it up, Wu Tie opened the lid of the grand piano. Interrupting Hao's complaints that he didn't know what to do because he knew he had no talent, Wu Tie slammed the keys down hard.
"But even so, you have to find the answer yourself. The universe is like that; you think and think and think, and just when you finally arrive at an answer, one day everything is suddenly turned upside down. But even so, you keep searching for the answer." Driven by impulse, Go Tetsu randomly struck the keys on the keyboard.
Reacting to the sound, Sora said, "That was a nice melody," and began to slide his fingers across the keyboard. Watching them, Hiroe smiled and thought, "What a strange father and son."
Social media was buzzing with comments like, "What a strange family, including you, Hiroe-san," "What a strange family, you're the one saying that," "What a strange family, you're an oddball too lol," "I wish I had a mother like Hiroe-san," and "It was nice to see the dynamics of this family of three."
The drama follows Wu Tetsuya, a genius astrophysicist played by Tsutsumi, as he solves difficult problems facing the underdog team "Blaze Bulls" from his unique perspective. It's a story of redemption where the team, friends, and family reconnect.
