The fourth episode of the TV Asahi drama series "The Cheated Husband with 3 Months to Live" (Fridays at 11:15 PM, excluding some regions), starring actor Jin Shirasu, aired on May 15th.
In this episode, Mizuki (Hinako Sakurai), who dreams of a new life with Kenji (Mitsunori Takahashi), desperately tries to get her son Ren's (Koshiro Ono) name removed from the inheritance list and rewrite it to be just her, urging Aoi (Shirasu) to help, but when things don't go as planned, she becomes frustrated.
Meanwhile, Aoi, determined to find conclusive evidence of Mizuki's affair, plants a GPS tracker on Mizuki's smartphone. What is revealed is that Mizuki has been sleeping with customers to get ahead of her career, and she is fired from the club. Kenji is also banned from the establishment.
When Mizuki returned home, Aoi revealed that she knew about Mizuki's affair. "Who exactly are you?" she pressed, and Mizuki collapsed, saying, "What should I do... What should I do, what should I do..." and looked despairing, "He'll be angry. Ken-chan will be angry." Aoi looked down on her, saying, "Even at a time like this, you're thinking of him, aren't you?" Mizuki sobbed, "Money... I can't do without money. 100 million... 100 million!"
Then, Aoi announced that he had changed the beneficiary of the entire insurance payout to Ren, and in a fit of rage, Mizuki pushed Aoi away. Aoi coughed up blood and collapsed, but Mizuki said, "It's your fault for betraying me, Aoi!" and ran out of the house.
