It has been announced that "Vertex Force," an original TV anime directed by Kazuhiro Takamura, known for anime such as "Strike Witches" and "Vividred Operation," will begin airing in October. The anime is said to be a sci-fi battle action series with powerful visuals, and the main staff has been announced. Takamura will serve as director and character designer, while Goro Kuji, known for "Peleliu: Guernica of Paradise, " will serve as assistant director. Kanetake Ebikawa , known for " Mobile Suit Gundam 00, " and JNTHED, known for " Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury," will participate as mechanical designers. SMDE, which handled the 3DCG for the "Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion" series, will produce the animation.
A teaser PV has been released depicting the heroine, Haruka Todo, a 16-year-old high school girl living in Okinawa, using the power of a mecha to fight an unknown enemy. The video ends with a striking image of a boy and a mecha (ENIA) reaching out to a single ray of light in the vast ocean, hinting at the beginning of the story. A second teaser visual has also been released, featuring the boy's back as he reaches out, the mecha, and a mysterious beautiful woman, along with the tagline, "The 'right answer' will destroy the world."
