The husband-and-wife duo "Humbert Humbert" will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), airing on Getsuku at 1 PM.
This year marks their 28th anniversary. Last year, they performed "Warattari Korondari," the theme song for the NHK morning drama " Bakebake ," which aired until March of this year, and made their first appearance on the Kohaku Uta Gassen (Red and White Song Contest), showing the fruits of their long years of activity. In the studio, they performed the popular Asadora theme song. At Kuroyanagi's request, they also performed other songs on short notice.
The couple are also parents of three sons. Their lifestyle, which prioritizes family time above all else, contributes to the realism and warmth of their music. They share stories about dividing household chores amidst their busy daily lives and about their sons cooking dinner. They also reflect on their journey so far, including how they met in college and how their band, which initially consisted of six members, evolved into a duo.
