Morisaki, who made a guest appearance in episode 4, played Kanzaki Yuki, a cardiovascular surgeon at Odaiba Bayside Medical Center. Kanzaki is a handsome man who is the talk of the town within the hospital, and his surgical techniques are top-notch. He is said to be the youngest director, but he is a character with an abnormally quiet voice.
In episode 7, Kanzaki visits the hospital cafeteria and orders in a whisper from Shiogorou (Yoshida Kotaro), who works there, "Doteni set meal. Extra rice..."
However, his voice was so quiet that even Koonami (Hashimoto) and Sara (Miyase Ryuya), who were nearby, couldn't hear him, and Shiogorou yelled at him, "I can't hear you at all! Say it again!" Kanzaki was then shown repeating his order, "So, I'll have the dote-ni set meal with extra rice, and scallop and shrimp ceviche."
On social media, the topic became a hot topic, with comments such as "It's so exciting that Kanzaki-sensei is back! His portions are still tiny lol," "It's been so long since Kanzaki-sensei last appeared and it's turned into a comedy skit, it's hilarious," "Kanzaki-sensei's whispering level has gone up and I was even able to order ceviche at the cafeteria," and "I can't wait to see Kanzaki-sensei again!"
The drama is a medical entertainment about a young delinquent girl, Koonami Tagami, who studies hard after her best friend dies in an accident and becomes a neurosurgeon, bringing a breath of fresh air to the medical field. The script is written by Nonji Nemoto, who also wrote the NHK morning drama "Omusubi," in which Hashimoto starred.
