The NHK morning information program "Asaichi" (General TV, Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM), hosted by the comedy duo "Hakata Hanamaru & Daikichi" and announcer Suzuki Naoko, will air the segment "Stop and be happy! Gray hair dye, contact lenses... when is the time to stop? How can I stop?" on February 17th.
On the same day, we asked people who have become happy by quitting habits that they had taken for granted about when to quit, tips for quitting, the good things they've done by quitting, and the benefits. We also asked how to stop dyeing gray hair, how to switch from contact lenses to glasses, tips for reducing smartphone time, and the choice to "give up" cooking utensils.
