On February 13th, it was announced that singer Akina Nakamori will be holding her first live tour in 20 years, "AKINA NAKAMORI LIVE TOUR 2026," in July of this year. Nakamori commented, "I'm going to come and see everyone for the first time in a long time."
The tour will consist of five performances in three locations: Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. Live shows will be held at the Japan Special Ceramics Civic Hall Forest Hall (Nagoya City, Naka Ward) on July 1st, the Festival Hall (Osaka City, Kita Ward) on July 8th and 9th, and Tokyo International Forum Hall A (Tokyo, Chiyoda Ward) on July 13th and 14th.
This will be the first time Nakamori will perform in a hall since "AKINA NAKAMORI LIVE TOUR 2006 ~The Last Destination~" in 2006. At each performance, she plans to perform over 20 songs with original arrangements, and on the radio program "Nakagawake The Radio Show" (Nippon Broadcasting System), which will be broadcast from 1pm on February 13th, she will deliver a voice message, share her thoughts about the live tour, and announce part of the set list.
Nakamori appealed to fans, saying, "I'm currently working hard to come up with a set list that will please everyone. I'll be announcing some of the songs on Nakagawa-san's radio show today, so please be sure to listen."
Tickets for the concert will be available for lottery entry through the fan club from 5pm on February 14th. Pre-request advance ticket sales (lottery entry) will begin at 5pm on April 4th at Lawson Ticket.
