The mass-produced Nu Gundam figure that appears in the popular anime series "Gundam" project "M-MSV" is being sold by lottery on the Bandai Namco Group shopping site "Premium Bandai," and is called "METAL ROBOT Spirits (Ka signature) <SIDE MS> Mass-produced Nu Gundam" (Bandai Spirits). The price is 18,700 yen.
The mass-produced Nu Gundam was planned as a mass-produced version of the Nu Gundam in anticipation of the possibility that Char Aznable's rebellion would drag on and the Neo Zeon forces would increase their strength. It was equipped with a Psycoframe and could be equipped with either an Incom Unit for regular pilots or fin funnels for Newtypes. However, production was shelved after Char's rebellion ended.
The figure uses die-cast for the internal frame of the entire body. It features a meticulous color scheme, with metallic colors used on parts such as the joints to create a metallic feel. The distinctive main color, blue-white, is expressed in two shades, with yellow accents scattered throughout.
The backpack is equipped with four Incom units, and the Incom rack can be deployed and combined with the included cable to display the Incom in firing mode. The two beam rifles on the Incom unit can be deployed to the front to transform into a cannon. In addition to the beam spray gun, a beam saber, beam rifle, and shield are included. The figure stands approximately 16 cm tall.
The lottery will be open on Premium Bandai from 4 PM on February 12th to 11 PM on February 24th. Winners will be announced on February 26th, and items will be shipped in March.
