It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime " Delicious in Dungeon ," based on Ryoko Kui 's gourmet fantasy manga, will begin airing in October 2027. An ultra teaser visual has been released depicting the chimera-transformed Falin and the mad sorcerer Thistle who controls her, along with the party members Laios, Marcille, Chilchuck, Senshi, and Izutsumi, who are pursuing the two to the deepest part of the labyrinth. The second season will depict the journey to save Falin and will get closer to the core of the story.
It was also announced that "Delicious in Dungeon ~Labyrinth Exploration Radio~" will be revived and streamed on KADOKAWA Anime Channel on YouTube from 9 PM on July 5th. Kentaro Kumagai , who plays Laios , and Sayaka Sembongi, who plays Marcille, will appear as the personalities.
"Delicious in Dungeon" was serialized in the manga magazine "Haruta" (KADOKAWA) from 2014 to 2023. It depicts the adventures of Laios and his party as they try to conquer a dungeon while cooking and eating the monsters that attack them. It also gained attention for being selected as the number one manga in the male category of "Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2016" (Takarajimasha). The comic series has sold over 14 million copies in total. The first season of the TV anime aired from January to June 2024.
