Seiji Nishimura, president of Excom Global, known for "Imoto's Wi-Fi" and "Nishitan Clinic," appeared on the ABEMA variety show "I Tried Selling All My Assets," which aired on June 25th, and revealed his shocking annual income.
When the program's director visited the mansion in Shibuya Ward, President Nishimura confessed, "The land was 1.7 billion yen, and the building itself was 1.3 billion yen, for a total of 3 billion yen." He then proceeded to show off a series of extraordinary assets, including a 6 million yen marble table that was entirely custom-made, and a gigantic golden slide that cost 40 million yen to construct and was brought in by crane after obtaining a road use permit.
President Nishimura, whose personal assets are said to be 30 billion yen, revealed his thoughts on disclosing his asset amount, saying, "People say I'm a nasty guy for writing that," but then elaborated on his entrepreneurial philosophy, saying, "I'm not putting it out to brag, but as a marketing professional, I deliberately put it out so that it will definitely be remembered, whether good or bad," "At first, people have to think, 'Who is that guy?'" and "It's easy to improve your image after you've been disliked."
When the program director pressed President Nishimura further, asking, "Can you tell us your annual income?", President Nishimura smiled and revealed, "My salary is 30 million yen a month, so that's 360 million yen a year. I also get about 300 million yen in stock dividends a year. So it's about 700 million yen a year."
