Manga artist and anthropologist Taisaku Tsuru's new series, "Protocol Ryugu," will begin in the 7th issue of the manga magazine "Monthly Young Magazine" (Kodansha), which goes on sale June 18th.
A grand ocean fantasy by Tsuru, also known as the author of "Natun" and "Ryujo Senki." In the near future, on Earth, which has fallen into an ice age, a world war fought for survival results in the victors creating paradise on the few remaining shores, while the losers sink into the sea and undergo transformations at the bottom.
This issue features Aika Sawaguchi, the winner of Miss Magazine 2018, on the cover.
