It was revealed on June 6th that actress Nene Shida will play the heroine in the short drama "Homeless Marriage ~Is He Actually a Billionaire?!~" which will be streamed on the vertical short drama platform "ReelShort" from June 13th. It was also announced that Dori Sakurada will star, and Anna Iriyama and Takeya Kajiyama will appear in the drama.
The drama is a classic Cinderella story full of heart-fluttering elements such as "hiding one's identity," "reversal of fortune," and "doting love." Miura Ayane (Shida) was looking forward to getting married on Christmas Eve, but her fiancé, Kujo Seiji (Kajiyama), dumps her, and to make matters worse, Kujo ends up marrying Ayane's cousin, Sasaki Reina (Iriyama). Unable to face her mother and grandmother, Ayane decides to marry a homeless man, Shirosaki Hayato (Sakurada). However, Ayane had no idea that Hayato was the CEO of the Shirosaki Group, one of the leading conglomerates in Japan...
Shida, who plays the brave and family-loving heroine Ayane, commented, "It's a classic story, but it's full of developments that everyone has dreamed of at least once.
