"Little Monster," a one-shot manga by French author NEO, which was posted to "MANGA Plus Creators by SHUEISHA (MPC)," a manga publishing platform for overseas creators, was released on May 21st on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+." This is the second time a work posted to "MPC" has been published on "Shonen Jump+", the first being "NO＼NAME" which was released on January 29, 2023, and the first time a work by a French author has been published.
"Little Monster" tells the story of Alice, who works at a fast-food restaurant every day with the goal of bringing a smile to everyone she meets, when she receives an offer to appear on a game show. It was submitted to "MPC" in English in December 2025 and won the Gold Award, the highest honor in the Monthly Awards. The prize money (1 million yen) and publication in "Shonen Jump+" (Japanese version) and "MANGA Plus by SHUEISHA" (English and Spanish versions) were awarded.
To commemorate the publication, an interview with NEO is featured on the user-submitted web manga app "Jump Rookie!".
