NHK's morning information program " Asaichi " (NHK General, Monday-Friday 8:15 AM), hosted by the comedy duo "Hakata Hanamaru-Daikichi" and announcer Naoko Suzuki, will air an Caster on April 27th titled "Hmm... Maybe something's wrong? 'Mental health issues' from your 40s onwards ▽ How to notice and improve them."
On the same day, the first installment of the new special feature "Self-Care," which encourages readers to re-examine their own body and mind, will focus on "Mental Health Issues." It will introduce ways to recognize and improve mental health issues such as menopausal mental health problems, PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), and panic disorder. It will also feature Kiriko Isono's experience with the mental changes she went through during menopause in her 40s, including her struggle with making decisions.
