The third episode of the TV anime "Atelier of Witch Hat," based on the manga by Kamome Shirahama, titled "The Test at the Dada Mountains," will air on TOKYO MX and other channels starting April 20th.
Agate is displeased that Coco, an ordinary person who is not qualified to become a wizard, has been taken in as an apprentice. She tells Coco that if she wants to be accepted as a friend, she must take the "King's Permission" exam to become a wizard's apprentice while Keyfrey is away and pass it. As Coco sets off alone with unsteady steps towards the destination of the exam, the Dada Mountains stand in her way.
"Atelier of Witch Hat" tells the story of Coco, a girl from a small village who longed to be a wizard but had given up on her dream. One day, she witnesses a wizard named Kieffrey using magic when he visits her village, and learns a big secret... The manga began serialization in "Monthly Morning Two" (Kodansha) in 2016, and the cumulative circulation of the comic books exceeds 7.5 million copies. The anime is directed by Ayumu Watanabe, known for "Children of the Sea" and "Nikuko-chan of the Fishing Port," and produced by BUG FILMS, known for "Zom 100: 100 Things I Want to Do Before I Become a Zombie" and "Summer Time Rendering."
