The TV anime "Heroine? Saint? No, I'm an All-Works Maid (Proud)!", based on a popular light novel from the novel submission site "Shosetsuka ni Naro," will begin airing in July on TOKYO MX, BS Fuji, and other channels. It has also been announced that Yoko Hikasa will be joining the cast. Hikasa will play Annemarie Victilium, Christopher's fiancée candidate and the villainess from the otome game, renowned as the "beauty that brought down a nation."
Hikasa commented, "The character I played, Annemarie, is the reincarnation of Asakura Anna, and she was incredibly into playing Silver Saint and the Five Vows. Normally, she is a young lady with grace and modesty, but when she is with Christopher, she speaks as Anna. This work is a light novel written by Atekichi and illustrated by Yukiko. In the otome game "The Silver Saint and the Five Vows," Melody, the heroine (saint) who was supposed to save the world from destruction, somehow dedicates all her abilities to maid duties and transforms into a perfect, all-around maid... The story depicts the world of the otome game where the scenario becomes unpredictable due to the absence of the saint. The anime will be produced by EMT Squared, with Shinji Ishihira serving as general director and Naoya Murakawa as director. Yume Miyamoto will voice Melody Wave, a girl who was born with the destiny to save the world as the heroine (saint) of the otome game "The Silver Saint and the Five Vows," while Yume Miyamoto will voice Luciana Rutlberg, a countess's daughter.
