The 8th episode of "Detective Precure!", the 23rd installment of the popular anime "Precure" series, titled "Pretty Holic and Pretty Smile!", will air on ABC TV and TV Asahi on March 22nd at 8:30 AM.
Anna and Mikuru were surprised by how cute the clothes Jet-senpai made for Pochitan were, and suggested, "Why don't we make merchandise out of the Pre-Kits Jet-senpai made and open a shop?" They immediately began preparations. While developing the products, Anna and Mikuru heard Jet-senpai chant the magic words, "Puri Puri, Pretty Smile~", and went into the research lab.
When the two asked Jet-senpai about his favorite goggles, he began to recount memories of his time honing his inventive skills in the workshop. Jet-senpai believed that "function is the most important thing in an invention," but the things that the grandmother fairy Sinan made were cute and always the most popular. "Puri Puri, Pretty Smile" was a magic spell that Sinan taught him, and the goggles were also a gift from Sinan when he graduated from the workshop. As preparations for the shop progressed, storage cases, flowers, and sweets were delivered to the office, but in the middle of paying for them, Jet-senpai's treasured goggles went missing.
The motif of "Detective Precure!" is "detective," and the theme is "seeing, feeling, and thinking for yourself to find the 'real' answer." The main characters are girls who work as detectives with the desire to "help people in need," and guided by a mysterious power, the main character time-slips from the present day of 2027 to 1999. A story of new encounters, friendships, and growth for the Precure transcends time.
Hikari Chiga as Cure Answer/Anna Akechi, Kaede Hondo as Cure Mystic/Mikuru Kobayashi, and Nao Toyama as Cure Arcana Shadow/Aruru Mori will appear. The mysterious Pretty Cure Cure Eclair, whose true identity is unknown, will also make an appearance.
