The eighth episode of the drama series " Sounds of Winter " (NTV, Wednesdays at 10 PM), starring actress Hana Sugisaki , aired on March 11th. In that episode, there was a scene in the home of novelist Fumina Tsuchida (Sugisaki) where two people connected to Fumina ran into each other, which caused a stir on social media.

In episode 8, on her birthday, Fumina goes on a hot spring trip with Yukio ( Ryo Narita) and comes across a scene in the hot spring town where children are gathered around a large white dog. Yukio rushes over and happily plays with the dog, joining the children. Fumina watches them from a distance, ice cream and beer in her hand.
The next morning, Fumina, who had received a light blue cardigan as a gift, promised to knit a scarf for Yukio by his birthday.
A few days later, Fumina catches a cold and Yamada (played by Taro Uchibori) comes to take care of her. However, the real reason she called Yamada over was something else entirely... and that's how the story unfolds.
Afterward, Fumina confides in Yamada about her desire not to betray Yukio and her wish to become a better person, saying, "I want to stop meeting like this." Hearing Fumina's honest feelings, Yamada accepts them and asks, "Can I stay here until you fall asleep?" As Fumina sleeps, Yamada reads a book in the room when the doorbell rings and he hears a voice say, "Fumina~." It is Kotaro (Amane Okayama) who appears before the flustered Yamada, and he looks at Yamada in surprise, saying, "Ah..."
On social media, the final "clash" between Yamada and Kotaro became a hot topic.
