It was announced on March 6th that regular broadcasts of TBS variety shows "Tami-sama no Okugeki" (Mondays at 9pm) and "Crazy Journey" (Mondays at 10pm) will end. This was revealed at a briefing held on the same day in Akasaka, Tokyo, regarding the April schedule changes.
"Tami-sama's Prophecy" is a program hosted by Hiromi and Higashino Koji, in which they investigate the true feelings of Tami-sama (=citizens) around the world, and then use their real, unbiased opinions as "Tami-sama's Prophecy" to help them improve their future selves.
"Crazy Journey" gained popularity as an anecdotal travel variety show in which "crazy journeyers" who travel around the world and Japan with their own unique perspectives and preferences talk about their unique experiences.
The show will be followed by "TV x Mrs.", a program fronted by the popular band Mrs. Green Apple, which will start as a regular program in the Monday 9pm slot. It has aired twice in the past as a one-off on the same Monday, and has been a success, attracting support from all generations. In addition to collaborations with famous artists on classic songs, the show will also feature hilarious skits with comedians and collaborations with extremely demanding variety shows set in large-scale sets.
The 10pm Monday slot will see the start of regular broadcasts of "Professional Ranking," teaming up Shinobu Sakagami and Kento Nakajima. The show began with a special episode, "Tell Me the Truth, Ranking," airing in October 2020, and has aired nine episodes. After receiving positive feedback, the show has been made a regular program. Each episode will feature surveys and interviews with over 100 professionals who have mastered their craft, and the "true rankings" will be determined by serious voting.
