It has been announced that the Japanese dubbed version of the new series of the popular Chinese anime "Hundred Demons," "Hundred Demons: The Capital Chapter," will be broadcast from October on the late-night anime slot "B8station," produced by Fuji TV and the Chinese video streaming service "bilibili." Prior to the broadcast of the new series, it was also announced that a selection of the best episodes from the first and second seasons will be broadcast in the same slot from April 1st.
A promotional video expressing the worldview of the work has also been released on YouTube, featuring scenes of Toyo smiling with an impressive expression, Maga crying and looking up at the sky, and the beautiful Ryukoshi with a puzzled expression.
The series is a hit, with a total of approximately 660 million views on bilibili. Set in ancient China, it depicts the journey of Tao Yao, a doctor specializing in monsters, and his companions, as well as the emotional exchange that transcends race. The first season of the Japanese dubbed version aired on B8station from January to March 2024, and the second season aired in October of the same year.
