"Kamen Rider Zetts" is a story about Manzumo, who possesses the power of "lucid dreaming" that allows him to control dreams as he wishes, and who protects people from the monster Nightmare that appears in their dreams as Kamen Rider Zetts. The script was written by Yuya Takahashi, who served as the main writer for "Kamen Rider Zero-One" and "Kamen Rider Geets."
