The final episode (episode 49) of the Super Sentai series "Number One Sentai Gojuger" (TV Asahi, Sunday 9:30 AM), "We are Number One Sentai Gojuger!", will be broadcast on February 8th.
Fire Candle (played by Daisuke Sanbongi) appears before Hou (played by Shino Fuyuno), who has unexpectedly become number one in the battle for the ring. Of course, his purpose is to settle the fateful battle.
During his fierce battle with Fire Candle, Hou recalls the days he spent with the Gojuuger. What kind of people were Rikuo (Suzuki Hideo), Ryugi (Kanda Seiji), Kinjiro (Matsumoto Jin), Kado (Shida Kohaku), and Mashiro (Kimura Kaiki) to him, who had lived as an outcast? What does he want beyond the battle? Having reached the answer, Hou finally tells Tega Sword (voice: Kaji Yuki) his wish.
"Number One Sentai Gojuger" is a work commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Super Sentai series. Heroes based on beasts such as animals and dinosaurs fight against the Bridan Corps, which reigns over the mysterious world of No One World, rivals with the powers of past Reds, and even within the Gojuger clan, in search of the Centa Ring, a ring that is said to grant any wish if all are collected.
