The TBS Sunday drama "VIVANT," starring actor Masato Sakai, will begin its sequel on July 26th. Of the 10 episodes of the first season, which have been scheduled for an encore broadcast, episode 4 will air on TBS (Kanto local) on June 30th at 2:43 AM.
In episode 4... Nogi Yusuke (Sakai) and his team discover that the person who tampered with the system and orchestrated the erroneous transfer is Ota (Iinuma Ai) from the finance department of Marubishi Trading Co. Nozaki (Hiroshi Abe) and the Metropolitan Police Department's Public Security Bureau rush to Ota's home. When the erroneous transfer case is concluded and the truth is revealed, a shocking development awaits.
Meanwhile, the sequel begins immediately after the last scene of the previous film. Just as Nogi returns from a series of missions involving the international terrorist organization "Tent," he sees a red bun placed in a shrine.
It was a signal announcing an emergency summons for a separate unit. What exactly was happening behind the scenes on that day when Nogi fired a bullet at his father, Nogorn Beki (played by Koji Yakusho), who was also the leader of the tent, and when he reunited with Kaoru (played by Fumi Nikaido) and Jameen and embraced them?
The truth will be revealed in the first episode of the sequel.
