Former TV Tokyo announcer and talent Kasumi Mori appeared at the "PEACH JOHN 'Mermaid Bra' SUMMER OASIS" event, held in Tokyo on June 1st, for the women's lingerie mail-order company "PEACH JOHN." Mori, who serves as the brand's muse, emerged from a seashell wearing a dress inspired by a mermaid, showcasing her beautiful back.
In connection with the new summer product, the "Mermaid Bra," Mori was asked, "Are you good at swimming?" She revealed, "I'm actually pretty good at swimming. I've been taking swimming lessons since I was in elementary school. I even did the 200-meter medley, and I was pretty fast." She added that since she was two years old, she would jump into pools where her feet couldn't touch the bottom, worrying her parents, and said, "They used to say I must have been a fish in my past life."
The event was held to commemorate the launch of the new summer product "Mermaid Bra," the unveiling of the key visual featuring Ms. Mori, the announcement of collaborative products with Ms. Mori, and the opening of the pop-up shop "PEACH JOHN SUMMER OASIS."
As part of a three-part summer activity challenge, Mori took on a game called "bubble popping," where she popped balloons resembling bubbles floating in the deep sea, a ring toss using a lifebuoy, and a pose showcasing summery looks. Mori, who will be turning 31 on June 16th, was also surprised with a birthday cake.
