Actress Elaiza Ikeda appeared at the opening pitch ceremony for the Nippon Life Interleague Series game between the Yomiuri Giants and the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks held at Tokyo Dome (Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo) on May 27th. It was Ikeda's first time throwing the opening pitch in about 10 years, and she did not manage to throw a pitch without it bouncing.
Before the ceremonial first pitch, when Ikeda's name was called, the crowd in the stadium cheered "Ohhh!" and she stepped onto the mound in her Giants uniform.
The ball he threw with a big wind-up didn't bounce, but he waved to the assembled crowd with a smile.
This event was held as the "RENOSY Night Game," marking RENOSY's first sponsored match as the official lifestyle design partner.
